Ted decides he wants to start up Ted's Onsite Repair. He purchases a 6 month / 12 hour It On-Call service plan from Gigabytes Computer Store for $330. He takes calls from people who need onsite services and schedules them with Gigabytes Computer Store. Ted resells each hour for $60 per hour and is also able to offer the same warranty Gigabytes offers. When the contract runs out of hours after a few months, Ted has made $720 just for answering the telephone and scheduling his clients with onsite service!
Jim owns a rental company that repairs their own computers when they come back. Referral Program

All it takes is a $25 signup fee and you could be earning residual income by simply referring your friends and family members to Gigabytes Computer Store. Here's how it works:
Come into Gigabytes Computer Store and fill out the referral application and pay the $25 Signup fee.
Pick up a few business cards from that store and write your full name on the backs of each.
Hand them out to friends and family or even strangers if you so choose.
When they come into the store and make a purchase, they will receive a 5% discount on the items they purchase.
The store you signed up at will put a copy of their store receipt in a folder they created for you when you signed up for the program.
Each month, the folders will be emptied and totals sent to the operations centre. They will send the cheques out to the store for you to pick up within 30 days.
*Limitations: The "member" is the person who signed up for the program and the "referral" or "member's referral" refers to the individual the member referred to the store using the methods described above. The referral program is done on a per store basis and is subject to the individual store's participation in the referral program. Each store may reserve the right to limit membership in the referral program. Purchases made at other locations other than the the store the member signed up at cannot be counted, however, the member's referral may still be entitled to the discount (discount subject to verification). The member's referral must have the business card wit the name of the member on the back in order to receive the discount and for the member to receive credit for the referral. Members may sign up at multiple locations. Payment amount and terms is non-negotiable even if the member feels there has been an error in the payment amount or in disbursement of the payment.
